Customer Notice Regarding COVID-19

With the recent emergence of COVID-19, we understand that life as we’ve all known it has been significantly impacted. From disruptions at home, to how we do our jobs, we know that the virus has had a tremendous effect on us all. As things currently remain in flux, the team at Mapleleaf Promotions is working to better understand how these changes will affect our employees, our customers, and the promo products industry in the coming months. Rest assured, however, that we are here for you!

The Mapleleaf Promotions team is here to assist you. At this time:

• We are currently operating with reduced customer service and remote technical staff due to government mandated closures.

• Potential delays to our normal shipping time frames are to be expected. We recommend scheduling future orders (so that you are promotion ready)! If you have immediate deadline requirements or require immediate service, please let us know so that we can better serve you.
