Fun ways to Promote your Business

As a business owner, you want to do everything you can to get your name out there for as many people in your target audience as possible, right?

While many people stick with traditional marketing techniques, you can go above and beyond that by using some of the different creative methods listed below or do some research on platforms like Pinterest. In fact, there are a number of ways you can promote your business and have fun doing it at the same time.

Here are some of our creative marketing ideas below:

Creative Calendars

Grab a bunch of photos from some of your recent company events. Take those photos and start a poll in the office for your workers to vote on which images they think are the best. Once you have the top 12, you can turn those images into one amazing office calendar.

If you want to create a calendar that you can give away to clients, you can choose 12 different services or products that your company has to offer. On each month, you can highlight the benefits of those services or products in an attempt to get people to buy more of them from you. One of the other creative aspects to this idea is that you can target products and services to specific times in a calendar year. This is one of the best promotional giveaways out there for any type of business.

Get Healthy

With so many people looking to get healthy and stay in shape, you can take advantage of the market by offering customers and staff members a bottle of water that is pre-filled with water, and infused with mint, and lemon or another combination like blueberries and strawberries, there are many different combinations that you can make or you can let them make their own. When customers or staff take your water bottle with them, there is a good chance that someone is going to see it when they are out and about. This is one comes with a larger budget, but is very attractive and will get constant attention.

Mini Stationary Packages

Consider making mini stationary packages for new hires. The package can include items like pens, notepads, lanyard, folders and can even extend to uniforms, keychains and depending on the industry flashlights, pocket knives, hats etc… the options are endless and you can be as creative as you want. All of these items can be given in a branded tote bag, drawstring bag or a backpack!

All items should have your company logo on them. When ordering products, you can decrease the cost by ordering a larger amount of certain products that you can use in different areas of business. For example, the notepads and pens can be used at any trade show, events, client giveaways, or even offered in the board room in your office. This is a great opportunity for people to catch a glimpse of your logo.

Host a Hat Day

Host a day for your staff members to wear hats in the office. Let them come up with their own unique design on a plain white hat with some specific criteria like make it something that best represents your business, or you can leave the option open. At the end of the day, vote on the hats to see who did the best. Give the winner a prize for having the best designed hat.

Branded Mugs

Almost everyone loves drinking coffee or juice, but this idea can work for water drinkers too! Mugs or Stadium cups can be used to give away or use at events to offer drinks to the audience. This idea will make you stand out from everyone else, traditionally when are mugs are given out, they are usually given away empty. But, imagine being given a drink in the mugs or cups and then being able to keep them? Wouldn’t that be nice? Also this eliminates the step of wrapping or making sure they are presentable. This idea can work at events, trade shows, corporate parties, holiday parties, and more.

Investing in mugs or cups as part of your corporate giveaway will help get your name out there and into the homes of countless individuals across your target audience. It is one of the longest advertising return you will get, as people tend to keep them in their cupboards, or use them as organization methods on their desk, and usually only discard them when they break.

By using some of these creative marketing ideas, you can create corporate giveaways that are going to draw people in and create a lasting memory or experience that will relate back to your brand. This may also create a curiosity to want to learn more about you. Remember it is important to think outside the box, go above and beyond, it will pay off, that’s for sure!
